The introduction and process principle of BTG magic mirror glass

One-way mirror glass, also known as one way glass, two way glass, half way glass, one-way visible glass, SLR glass, magic mirror glass, etc.

It is a special glass with high reflectivity and certain light transmittance for visible light. Normally, one way glass in observed surface which has higher reflectivity and better imaging effect which is convenient for the human eye to capture the image of the high-gloss object that is imaged and cannot capture the low-light object behind the glass. The environment of the observation surface should be set to be dim, so that the person viewing the surface can see the highly bright object behind the glass and ignore the image of the reflected object on the observation surface.

Do you worry about your privacy being sneaked or leaked when you rent a house or hotel? How to identify whether the high-reflective glass in the room is a silver mirror or a one-way see-through glass with a perspective function? You can refer to the following methods:

1. Fingertip touch discrimination: Touch the fingertips to the surface of the mirror material to observe the fingertip image. The ordinary silver mirror is silver-plated on the back side, so the fingertip has a gap in the middle when it touches the mirror surface. If the fingertip touches the fingertip, the glass is a one-way see-through glass.

2. Scratch method

The traditional one-way see-through glass production process is off-line soft coating, and the film surface is relatively easy to scratch, so it is a good test method to scratch the glass with a hard object. If the surface can be scratched by a hard object, it can be determined as a one-way see-through glass.

3. Illumination method

Irradiate the glass surface with extremely strong light. If you use your mobile phone, you must fully cover the glass surface. Keep the eye close to the glass and observe the light. If the light shines through the glass, the glass is a one-way magic glass.

It should be noted that the one-way mirror glass with explosion-proof type adopts the glass interlayer compounding process, and the high reflection surface of the monolithic magic glass may appear on the interlayer. This situation is relatively difficult to judge.
