Introduction of Insulated Glass Curtain Wall
Insulated Glass is composed of two 11.52mm clear laminated tempered glass units (each laminated unit made of 5mm clear tempered glass + 4 layers PVB + 5mm clear tempered glass), surrounded by high-strength high-density composite adhesive to bond and seal the panes. The middle cavity is filled with dry air, and the aluminum spacer is filled with desiccant to ensure the dryness of the air between the glass panes. The function of the air spacer is to reduce water vapor penetration. The Insulated Glass is sealed by a secondary edge seal, which ensures structural robustness. The aluminum spacer contains desiccant and can absorb humidity from the air space.

The laminated tempered glass structure provides high impact resistance, and the glass remains intact when broken to prevent splashing, ensuring building safety.
